I really enjoyed the Roadmap part of the programme, where we get the chance to really feel what people are going through, when the self-management transformation is on the way. It's not about changing the structure of the organisation and the visible parts of the company. It's about feeling and creating an environment where people can be the best version of themselves, accountable and responsible, but not managed as an item.
