Our licensing revenue model allows our (country) partners to monetize the image, brand-name, content and programs of Semco Style Institute and its founder Ricardo Semler.
Country partners will be able to integrate all these assets into their business, convert them into end-products or even sub-license them to (vertical) partners within different industries or sectors.
The investment required to become a country partner with our license agreement involves an upfront payment as well as a revenue-dependent fee.
Types of Partners
Country Partners (License):
Country partners are the exclusive License partner of the Semco Style. As a license partner for the country you instantly tap into an assortment of the Institute’s existing programs, content, tools, brand name, marketing systems etc. Being a country partner gives you the right to even sub-license to partners within different industries.
Industry/Vertical Partners (Sub-license):
A vertical strategic alliance is a partnership between an exclusive licensed country partner and their sub-licensed partners within a specific industry or sector. We offer our exclusive country partners a way to extend their business by engaging with vertical sub-licensed partners.
