This workshop + coaching engagement is aimed at organizations that have implemented Agile but still are experiencing sub-optimal results. After mapping the current state of the teams culture using a scientific survey, the team is exposed to essential elements of self-organization through a series of interactive workshops. This is followed by implementation assistance -on the ground observations and coaching – to teams to enhance the velocity.
How does it work?
Step 1: Using a selfie scan and interviews with team members, the current state of culture in the team is mapped.
Step 2: Through a series of interactive experiential workshops the team is exposed to essential elements of self organization . Workshops include exercises to improve alignment among team members and enhance collaboration.
Step 3: Active coaching of team members based on observations of daily rituals.

These are typically characterized by teams not meeting sprint goals, not delivering on commitments, team churn, constant firefighting mode and high on stress.
